Cancellation Policy

For a refund minus $100 administrative fee, please send written notice by September 28 to conferences@nielsen.com. No refunds will be given after this date, but substitutions will be allowed at any time. To send a colleague/client in your place, please e-mail conferences@nielsen.com and provide your name and the following information for your replacement: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number, E-mail.
